I consent to the club collecting and holding this data to deal with my enquiry in relation to joining the club, to establish the players eligibility to play CP football and to facilitate the players attendance at training during the initial period before becoming a member of the club.  I understand that if the player does not become a member of the club, my data will be deleted unless I agree to the club retaining my data for the purposes of corresponding with me in the future.
